FAT32.IFS Updated to 0.76

Henk Kelder updates again f FAT32.IFS, now to Version 0.76.

- Only yesterday I released version 0.75, but found it contained a very serious bug which leads to loss of data. If you have version 0.75, please do not use it. The problem is solved in version 0.76 - said Kelder.

The real new thing is that FAT32.IFS now stores long filenames on disk in the Windows Codepage based on an external translate table. These translate tables can be made by the user, but default tables for US and West European versions of Windows and OS/2 are included in the archive.
