IBM's techexplorer Hypermedia Browser is a Web
browser plug-in for people who read or publish scientific articles, books, journals,
courseware, or even homework on the Internet. It dynamically formats and displays
documents that contain scientific and mathematical expressions that are coded with
a subset of the TeX and LaTeX markup languages. Available in Introductory and Professional
editions, version 2.0 runs on Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer
using Windows 95 and Windows NT.

CompHealth Moves Its Credentials Verification
Service Online with IBM VisualAge for Java
CompHealth, a credentials verification organization,
has moved their process online with an application built with IBM VisualAge for
Java. Apply.Net provides an Internet interface that
makes it faster and easier for health professionals to submit their credentials
for verification, reducing the response time from as much as two weeks to as little
as two hours.
