Hi All.
Last year I bombed my Windows 2000 installing IomegaWare 2.0 and reported this disaster here. Now I tested IomegaWare 2.0 on my Server NT4 SP6 and I'm surprised! Really this soft improves ZIP's performance and add to your Windows an accurate backup machine.

Man, if you are OS/2 user like me and also you are Iomega user for ZIP 100 parallel port, certainly you saw on Warp desktop a banner as the one in the photo below:

The drive L referred in the photo is just the Iomega ZIP 100 controlled bay the old drivers (GENOAD) and on Windows NT the problem is identic: you must try several times in order to access the ZIP disk.

Now, using IomegaWare 2.0 (unfortunatelly have not yet any version for OS/2 Warp or Windows 2000) on Windows NT4 you can access your ZIP disk at the first click! If you are NT user you know that for NT a ZIP parallel port is recognized as a SCSI device (!!!) exactly Linux recognizes it! At this point I judge interesting to refer that Caldera has been improved his drivers and on COL 2.2 the Iomega ZIP 100 parallel port runs simply fantastic, with high velocity (recently I transferred the StarOffice 5.1 compressed file from an Iomega ZIP 100 parallel port to COLK 2.2 root/temp in few minutes (the same operation on Red Hat Linux  consumes half hour and  on Windows NT exactly 40 minutes! With IomegaWare this problem is solved for Windows NT 4.0 and the copy and move taks can be performed fast.

In the photo below you can see the IomegaWare Backup Machine that can be used for a efficient and reliables backups:

IomegaWare 2.0 also offers a super-efficient Copy machine that can be used to copy disk-to-disk as you can see in the screenshot below:

At this point I encourage you to jump Iomega web site in order to get IomegaWare (11.3MB). Note that exist versions for Windows 95/98 and for Windows NT 4.0. Warning: Note that IomegaWare 2.0 can't be installed on Windows 2000 (if you insist in see for yourself you will crash your Windows 2000 and this crash is simple fatal: you must reinstall it!)
