Hi
All. Mr.File/PM
was uploaded once again on Hobbes. I downloaded it and
tested it on Warp 4.5 + FixPak 14. This simple (but interesting and
efficient) file manager runs fine. It is s new version of this classic
file manager from IBM, now Y2K compliant (support for Year value). The
developer has fixed large partition space calculation error. To get it
simply jump to Hobbes and seek for mrfil54d.zip (202KB.)
Mr. File/PM v5.4d, a GUI file manager from IBM EWS. Copyright the IBM Corporation, 1993, All rights reserved. Here you can see some screenshots on Mr.File/PM running on Warp 4.5 + FP14 that I made using my Embellish. To install this nice file manager simply unzip the file downloaded into a directory created fort it (e.g. MFPM) and click the .exe. A .INI file will be created and stored into /MPTN/bin by default. you must set the path in the config.sys and that is all. To use this file manager click the .exe object in its folder or create a WPS object and click it (I stored the WPS object created into the Ctrl+Alt+Del Command Control Panel and when I need I call it using the keyboard.
