Hi All.
I just tested here on my Server Windows NT4 SP6 the new version of Namo
Web Editor, release 3.08. Namo WebEditor now applies the changes made
in Extended Styles tab in Font Properties dialog box properly. Previous
versions of Namo WebEditor sometimes stopped responding when
customizing toolbars. This problem is now fixed and the Namo's
performance has been really improved.
I'm registered user and my Namo-basic
file is WebEditor3Eng.exe (8.6MB), that install the version 3.05. The most recent
patch, for version 3.08, is WE308EngShareUpdate.exe (3.9MB).
Warning! If you are using Microsoft
Office's Bar you must exit it before install the Namo 3.08 update. If you don't
disable the Bar you webeditor.exe can be simply destroied by the Namo patch.
In this case, easy! Simply reboot your machine and reinstall your shareware.
Immediately after this installation you can applies the patch (no previous reboot
its necessary). That is all and enjoy this new and magnificent version of the
most efficient, fast and reliable web editor currently available in all the
world!

problem with Font Properties and Customizing Toolbars. We at Namo Interactive appreciate

Registered users of Namo WebEditor
3.x can download the Namo WebEditor 3.08 update from our Web site's
download page (http://www.namo.com/download/). Double-click the downloaded file to install
the update.
After installing this update, you
may wish to verify that your copy of Namo WebEditor has been successfully
updated to version 3.07 by performing the following steps:
- Launch Namo WebEditor.
- From the Help menu,
select About Namo WebEditor
- Note the version number in
the title bar of the resulting window.

(site types): Association, Resume, School, and Small Shopping
Mall.
PLEASE
NOTE that the
membership form used in the Small Shopping Mall template is
just a form. It won't do anything unless you have server software
that will take the information that visitors enter in the form
and do something with it. Unless you have your own Web server
or your ISP allows you to install database software on their
server, we recommend you don't include this form in your Web
site.
- Theme Editor Now Included
- Namo WebEditor 3.05
includes a Theme Editor that you can use to create additional

- Additional Spelling
Dictionaries

- You can select two
dictionaries to use simultaneously. The selection is made in
the Preferences dialog window.

where the width of a merged cell was improperly set to the width
of one of the (smaller) cells from which it was created.

The mouse pointer now correctly changes shape when you place the
pointer on the border of selected cells.
- Fixed the problem with
the Insert: Symbol command where some symbols, such as TM, could
not be inserted.
- WebEditor no longer crashes
when you select certain colors in the custom color dialog.
- The baseline (blue underline)
is now displayed correctly in the sample area of the Font Properties
dialog.
- Microsoft Global IME now
works correctly in the Japanese version of Windows 98.
- Fixed the problem where
a stylesheet could be deleted when using the Copy Format command.

- Equation Editor Improvements
- Added a scroll bar to the equation editor in Visual edit mode.
- Added the ability to insert the special characters (. - ^ - !
: ; ,) immediately.
- Added a contextual menu
command to delete a file in the Link Check result window whose link
status is 'Broken'.
- Adjusted the behavior
of the timeline editor so that you now have to drag the small circle
representing a key frame in order to move the key frame.
- A script error no longer
occurs if you selected '_blank' as the target frame in certain script
types using the Script Wizard.
- Removed the "after-image"
that appeared when inserting a layer into the timeline using drag
& drop.
- Unexpected characters
are no longer created when reading the background image of a layer.

crashes when more than 8 characters are entered in the HTML hex

- Fixed a problem with equations
and the zoom tool where only the outline of an equation, not its
contents, would be magnified when you magnified the edit window.
- In style sheets, WebEditor
now properly handles font names containing spaces. According to
the CSS standard, when a font name contains spaces it would be surrounded
by quotation marks; WebEditor now complies with the standard.
- Ctrl+clicking on a link
in the Edit window now correctly causes WebEditor to follow the
link.
- Clip Art Fixes
- Fixed
the problem where some keys did not work in the Clip Art dialog.
- Wheel mouse support now works in the Clip Art dialog box.
- WebEditor now correctly
opens files with names exceeding 255 characters.
- Fixed the problem where
contents were not displayed in HTML view when you inserted more
than 4096 characters into a drop-down menu form field.
