 Hi All.
VeriSign increased at Saturday July 08 the security level in Network Solutions, but his Database is buggy and customers that purchased a Dot.com BizCard can't customize it; when the both correct Account Number and the Password was entered the System said that is "temporarily unavailable". The Biz Card can't be setuped and also the domain name registered by the customer can't be setuped.

The normal price for a register domain name + BizCard is $60 USD but Network Solutions is promoting this service for a limited time at the special price $ 48 USD.

How to customize it

After your domain name registration - a simple operation that you can made here in this page,using our Network Solutions banner above, if you was also purchased a Biz Card you must jump to MakeChanges screen in Network Solutions (photo below)

You must enter in the Domain Name Holder Login (the first option above in the screenshot) the Account Number and the Password that you received when you made your registration. Normally, you will receive a screen  with your domain name details in order to customize it. But the Network Solutions system is buggy and you will receive the screen below:

Customers reported that after this error screen tried make changes by template form and claimed the Network Solutions Help and two days after received evasive explanations about the BizCard setup as:

"Thank you for contacting Network Solutions.

Your domain name was registered as an NSI-managed domain name
account. As an NSI-managed account holder, you were given an account number
and password to keep your records up-to-date. Therefore, we are unable to
process your domain name modification using the Service Agreement template
you sent us.

Have your account number and password handy, and access the online tools
in one of two ways:

1. Go directly to https://www.networksolutions.com/account/retail_a1.jhtml
2. Enter your account number and password.
                               OR
1. Go to our home page at www.networksolutions.com.
2. Choose Make Changes from the upper navigation bar.
3. Enter your domain name in the text box. Hit Submit.
4. Enter your account number and password.

If you have lost or forgotten your account number and/or password, please
call 1-888-642-9675 from the U.S. for assistance. Outside of the U.S.,
dial 1-703-742-0914.  Representatives are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days
a week.
