Palo Alto, Calif. - VMware, Inc. today announced a distributor agreement with Netserve, Inc. in Japan.

Prior to this agreement, all VMware sales and support have been Web-based, and this new agreement will make local services available to VMware customers in Japan.  Under the terms of this agreement, Netserve will provide local distribution channels, service and support for VMware in Japan.
